Product Overview

Sandwich panel production requires PPGI with consistent flatness, controlled surface roughness for foam adhesion and coating that is compatible with polyurethane chemical reactions. Our panel-grade PPGI is produced with tighter thickness tolerance and optimized surface treatment for the panel lamination process.

Key Attributes

• Base Material: DX51D hot dip galvanized steel, Z80-Z100 coating
• Top Coating: PE 15-20 micron or SMP 18-22 micron for exterior face
• Back Coating: Epoxy or PE 8-10 micron service coat for foam side
• Thickness: 0.40mm and 0.50mm with ±0.02mm tolerance
• Flatness: Maximum 3mm wave height per meter for panel quality
• Surface Roughness: Optimized Ra 0.5-1.0 micron for PU foam bonding

Application Scenarios

Designed for continuous and discontinuous sandwich panel production lines. Applications include cold storage rooms and freezer panels, pharmaceutical clean room wall and ceiling panels, prefabricated house wall and roof panels, industrial building insulation panels and modular container house panels. Compatible with PU, PIR and EPS foam injection and lamination systems.
