Product Overview

Appliance grade PPGI requires tighter tolerances than construction grade material. Surface must be free of roll marks, coating defects and color variation. Our appliance grade product uses DX51D galvanized base with zero-spangle or ultra-smooth substrate, topped with precisely controlled PE coating thickness for appliance housing applications.

Application Scenarios

Designed for refrigerator outer cabinets and door panels, washing machine top covers and side panels, water heater external housings, microwave oven bodies, air conditioner outdoor unit casings and small kitchen appliance housings. PE coating provides good formability for panel bending, shallow drawing and hole punching operations. Smooth surface accepts adhesive labels and screen printing.
